Yes. Request cancellation at any time with no cancellation fee. Access remains active until the end of the verified paid period. Oasentra Billing confirms provider-side renewal handling while OasisPay subscription controls are being finalized.
Upgrades are provisioned immediately and become active only after verified payment. Downgrades and monthly-to-annual or annual-to-monthly changes are scheduled for the exact end of the current paid period; paying early never starts the replacement plan early.
Monthly payments are non-refundable. Annual plans have a 7-day limited-usage money-back window, subject to the published conditions.
